Guess what! The SWIM romp team finished an overall 10th out of 1100 teams in this year’s Melbourne City Romp!

Last Sunday morning, the Melbourne streets were alive with thousands of enthusiastic people – many in some pretty crazy costumes – ready to romp!

Although we may not of been the most fashionable team, we made up with having mapped out a brilliant strategy.

Once we were off we put our minds and legs to work, solving riddles and charging our way around the city to collect our clues and get as many checkpoints ticked off as we could in the 4 hours.

It was definitely a pleasant surprise to find out that our points had got us placed in the top 10!

But regardless, it was a rewarding day out being able to support the Burnett Institute and a fun way to experience the city.

We’d like to say a big thanks to those who donated and helped support this great initiative.

Swim will be back next year and we would encourage all of you to consider entering too. It was a great day and our team had a laugh. And lets face it, we need some competition next year!
