Since 1996, Joe Manariti, has been director of SWiM Communications, one of Melbourne's best boutique online marketing and web development companies.
Joe and his company possess a rare knowledge set that combines the marketing insight that can grow a business with the technical back end to make it happen.
Today, SWiM oversees in excess of 300 websites, embracing cutting edge IT including mobile device optimised websites, iPhone applications, social media and Adobe's AIR applications. SWiM often also co-ordinates offline marketing activities to compliment these works.
Joe's prior experience includes six years with The Age Newspaper and BRW magazine, publishing and sales management with Rowprint and Graphics 103, North Melbourne. Joe studied in Psychology at LaTrobe University, Advertising at RMIT and corporate presentation at NIDA. His education is ongoing.
Outside of work, Joe takes an interest in good food and friends, travel, classic cars (my Fiat Spider), home renovating, AFL (Collingwood), historical fiction and anything Italian!

Michael has been with SWiM for 4 years as a Multimedia Designer/Developer after moving to Australia from the UK. In that time he has built a strong understanding of web and marketing and has an ever-growing passion for both media and design.
Michael has a Diploma in Graphic Design from Milton Keynes College in England and has completed a Bachelor of Multimedia Design at Swinburne University here in Melbourne Australia.
Michael deals with all of the web development at SWiM and can assist you in taking your business to the next level from the intial design concept through to completion.
Outside of work, Michael takes an interest in all things design and web, enjoys socializing with friends, photoraphy, and playing indoor soccer.

Dale has recently joined the SWiM team having completed a Bachelor of Multimedia Design at Swinburne University in 2009. He has had exposure to new technologies and has extensive experience and knowledge of both print and web design.
Outside of work Dale is a keen golfer and enjoys being outdoors. He also has interests in competition pool, socialising, classic cars, photography and film.

Mary Joined SWiM recently as a junior Multimedia Designer and has already gained valuable experience in both print work and the web.

Sammy began her career with SWiM as a Multimedia Designer before taking the next challenge in Account Service. Her role is to assist SWiM's customers stay up to date and help facilitate their business goals. Sammy understands web and print, and is now developing social media and email marketing. Sammy can help a business evaluate which social media strategy works best for them and knows how to get the most out of Social Media. Sammy has also studied Search Engine Optimisation for websites, helping sites achieve better search results. But it doesn't end there!
Leaving the life in the Studio behind, Sammy now enjoys sharing her knowledge with clients, and keeping their relationships healthy with SWiM.
On a sunny day Sammy likes to take her motorbike out for ride. On a rainy day Sammy will stay up to date with her favourite foreign TV dramas: "Tong Sum Fong Bo" and "Gong Jui Ga Dol". Or plays a game of Squash or Badminton.
