Matt starting in the printing industry in 1986 as a young Compositor apprentice. He has evolved and transition from hot metal and mono hand setting, to the initial growth of electronic typesetting and now digital art and design for web.
Over the past 18 years, Matt worked as an Art Director with a major focus on brand creation and development. He has project managed some very successfully corporate brand re-freshes and advertising campaigns. With a broad knowledge skillset within the design and print Industry, he brings a solid foundation to expand Swim’s offline capabilities.
Outside of work. Matt rides his motorbike as fast as the law allows and sometimes a little faster. He has a large collection of guitars and musical instruments, writes music and thinks he is a singer. Still hoping to be a rock star when he grows up, we’d say, with the way that beard is going grey, a Willie Nelson impersonator.
