SWIM Communications Privacy Statement
SWIM Communications 73 515 204 401 (SWIM) respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains in general terms how SWIM protects the privacy of your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000). It will apply to any personal information you provide to us through any means and under any agreement or arrangement. What personally identifiable information is collected by SWIM?
The types of personal information that we collect from you will depend on the circumstances of collection and on the type of service you request from us. These purposes may include registering to receive e-mail newsletters, requesting further information about our services, purchasing or contracting to purchase any of our services or simply asking a question about SWIM. Depending on the circumstances, we may collect details such as your name, address, email address, credit/debit card number and expiry date, billing address, telephone numbers ... Further, personally identifiable information is only accessed by authorised SWIM employees on a "need to know" basis. Credit Card details are NOT stored on our database when you buy products on our site. We also continually endeavour to improve our security safeguards. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure, so we cannot absolutely promise that the information you provide to us will always be totally secure. SWIM will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties (for example, to our contractors to whom we contract out certain services), for the purpose for which the information was collected or for related purposes, for example to provide you with a service that you requested.

Anonymous information collected
In order to ensure that our websites are relevant and appropriate to the majority of users, anonymous clickstream information is collected from every visitor to this site. How does this site use cookies?
